who am i?
I’m the coach behind On Your Marks Fitness—a name inspired by the start of every race, every challenge, and every new chapter. Because that’s what this is: your starting line.
I wasn’t born into fitness. Like many, I began with a desire to challenge myself, to get uncomfortable, and to prove I could be more. That journey has taken me from a photoshoot to casual runs to a Half Marathon & Hyrox competitions, and from inconsistent habits to building a performance-driven lifestyle.
Now, I help others do the same.
Through personalised online coaching, I work with people who are ready to stop starting over—people who want structure, support, and honest accountability. Whether you're chasing your first 5K, a leaner physique, or your best Hyrox time, we’ll build the mindset and method to get there.
This is more than just workouts and macros. It’s about becoming the kind of person who shows up—even when it’s hard.
